Description

In the academic year 2011-12 the University Innovative Learning Week will take place from 20-24 February 2012. Normal teaching slots will be suspended and in their place will be a range of activities for PPLS UG and PG students, such as master classes, a research day, a Science fair, a Gaelic festival and guest lectures. We are keen that students should be active partners in Innovative Learning Week and if you have ideas or wish to plan activities please contact Toni Noble (PG) or Judy McCulloch (UG).

In an increasingly competitive job market, and in a climate where additional activities are valued in CVs, Innovative Learning Week provides an opportunity for students to participate in events that are experimental, innovative and fun but which also enhance skills which are relevant to employability.

PPLS Timetable of Events

UG and PG students are welcome at all the events although some will be more pertinent to certain subjects; this will be specified where possible. Also you can check out psychology events and keep up to date and contribute through the psychology innovative learning week twitter, @psychologyILW.

Generally there is no need to book for any of the PPLS Innovative Learning Week events. If booking is necessary it will be mentioned on the individual event web pages linked below.
