Biography

I was educated at University College London, in the English Department and the Linguistics Department. I'm usually known as Nik Gisborne.

Andrew Hippisley and I have just started a new monograph series in Linguistics: Edinburgh Studies in Theoretical Linguistics.

Teaching

In AY2016-17, I shall be teaching Lexical Semantics in Semester 1. In Semester 2, I shall be teaching Current Issues in Syntax, and a few lectures on Lexical Semantics for LEL 1.
